Our fully robotic research and development facility allows for customized surface treatment analysis for each of our clients products and materials. Sample parts, big or small, can be processed for detailed evaluation. Process conditions can be established and optimized, with great understanding of complete process window constraints.
Surface Energy Analysis: Contact Angle
FTS Technologies has the latest in surface treatment analytical tools, designed to provide data specifically relating to the true quality of a surface treatment. Conventional dyne pens, although useful in establishing levels of wettability, do not provide quantifiable data about qualities of adhesion in a none destructive manor.
